On Sunday September 27th 2015, more than 37,000 smartly-dressed gentlefolk took to the streets in their motorcycles to raise awareness of prostate cancer. Go to www.gentlemansride.com to learn more.
Syracuse, NY participated and friends of mine were riding that day. I brought along the 35mm and 120 cameras packed with KODAK EKTAR 100, and PORTRA and EKTACHROME films respectively.
It was a beautiful sunny day, so I made the most out of the EKTACHROME. There were some great paint jobs that I knew would just look amazing on slide film. Here's a few that I think really pop.
Additionally, I was looking for some great contrast out of the EKTAR 35mm. It definitely delivered!
The PORTRA did the heavy lift capturing both the scenes and the portraits. Here are my friends and their Honda looking dapper!
It was a beautiful day and the photos came out quite beautiful as well, if I do say so myself! Be sure to check into www.gentlemansride.com if you are interested in participating next year. It's a great event!
Here's all the pics from the day
