Whidbey Island

After visiting the North Cascades we drove down Whidbey Island and toured around Skagit Bay. We passed over Deception Pass and out to Ebey's Landing. We also had to make a stop in Oak Harbor.

It just so happened to be an arts festival in Oak Harbor while we were there which was fun. I stumbled on this really cool car at a service station in town.

It was nice to be near Ebey's Landing and see how agrarian it still is.

Deception Pass was amazing. You are crossing a pass via a tall rock high above rushing water as the tide moves it in and out of the bay.
